What is the EDGE Affiliate Program, and where do I sign up?

Champions’ EDGE Members receive a 25% referral bonus when they recommend World Champ products or Champ Camps. You can find more information—and sign up for the program—by visiting the Affiliate Program page.

 

Audio Lessons

I can’t get my audio lesson to play. What’s happening?

Please check to be sure the volume is turned-up on your computer’s speakers. Also, if you are on an iPad, iPod, iPhone, or other “iThing,” it’s possible that you may have trouble listening to some of our older recordings. We’re in the process of updating each one to make them more “iFriendly,” but it’s taking some time. If you have a specific recording that you’re trying to listen to, just email us at support(at)worldchampionsedge.com and we’ll update it sooner.

Where do I find previous audio lessons?

Champions’ EDGE members have access to our complete Audio Lesson Library containing lessons dating back to the very beginning of the EDGE program.

Can I download the audio lessons? I want to add them to my iPod.

The audio lesson archives are available online only, and cannot be downloaded. However, the current lessons can be found on your weekly EDGEucational audio, and those can be transferred to your iPod for listening at your convenience.

I’m not receiving my weekly audio lessons. What’s happening?

Sometimes our emails get stuck in Spam folders by accident. Check your Spam folder first, and look for emails from support(at)worldchampionsedge.com. If you find us in your Spam folder, you’ll need to “whitelist” us in order to ensure that we don’t get stuck there again. Check your email program’s help menu for directions on how to do this. If you don’t find us in your Spam folder, please contact us and we’ll help you figure out what’s happening.

 

Conference Calls

I’m not available at the time of this month’s conference call. Is there a recording I can listen to?

Yes! We record all of our conference calls, and the MP3 files are posted here on EDGEnet within 72 hours. Visit the Ask-the-Champs Conference Call Archives page—and you’ll see a big list of all the different audio recordings available for download. Members interested in professional speaking can visit the ‘for professional speakers’ section for additional audio recordings.

 

Discounts

Do I get a special discount when buying items from the Champs?

Yes! All Champions’ EDGE Members in good standing receive a 20% discount on the Champs educational resources, Champ Camps, teleseminars, podcasts, etc. If you buy these items on EDGEnet (this website), your discount will be applied automatically to your purchase. No discount code needed! Visit our Online Store to browse our educational resourses. Please note… if you shop for items on any of our other websites, you WILL need to use your Champions’ EDGE discount codes.

I want to buy something (or sign-up for an event) that’s not listed here on EDGEnet. What discount code do I use?

You special World Champions’ EDGE discount code is EDGE20I2. You must enter that code into the field called “Coupon Code” while checking out through the online shopping cart. After you hit the “apply” button, your 20% Discount will be reflected on your balance.

One of my friends wants to buy an item from a Champ’s website. Can I let them use my discount code?

No. The EDGE discount codes are for Champions’ EDGE members only. We DO verify all purchases using the discounts to ensure they are being made by Champions’ EDGE members.

 

Articles

How do I get my articles published in the EDGEnet Article Library?

We’re always interested in adding more articles to our Library—and we encourage you to send as many as you’d like! While we prefer public speaking topics, you’re welcome to contribute articles on marketing, sales, leadership, communication, etc. Please save each article in a separate Word document, and ensure that they’re edited for spelling. We’d also like to include your photo, a short biography, and website link(s) at the bottom of your articles, so include these when making submissions. Articles can be sent to support(at)worldchampionsedge.com. All contributions to EDGEnet are subject to approval.

Can I contribute something to the professional speakers library?

Articles or other helpful tools are wonderful! Topics should specifically relate to the business of professional speaking or training, and can be submitted via email to support(at)worldchampionsedge.com. Please remember to spell-check each item and save each in a separate Word document. All contributions to EDGEnet are subject to approval.

 

EDGEucational Audios

I haven’t received this week’s audio yet. What do I do?

The EDGEucational audios are either sent to the address we have on file for you as a physical CD, or they’re emailed to you as an MP3.  If you have not received your weekly audio via mail or email, please contact us directly.

 

Membership

I’d like to refer a new member to the Champions’ EDGE program… can I get credit?

Absolutely! When you refer a new member, you’ll receive $5 per month for every month they pay membership fees. Just sign up for our Members-Only Affiliate Program, use the links provided, and you’ll get credit!

I need to update my mailing address. How do I do that?

Just contact us or send us an email at support(at)worldchampionsedge.com with the new information. We’ll send you a quick confirmation as soon as the change has been made.

I need to update my credit card info. How do I do that?

Please send us an email at support(at)worldchampionsedge.com requesting a credit card update. DO NOT SEND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION VIA EMAIL. We will email you a link to a secure page in our shopping cart where you can enter your new billing information.

I’d like to cancel my EDGE membership. How do I do this?

Noooooo! We’ll miss you!! If you’d like to cancel your EDGE membership, please contact us to let us know that you’re canceling. We may ask you to complete a short, confidential survey to provide feedback on your experience with Champions’ EDGE, and how we can improve the program for current and future members. Please give us honest feedback—that’s the only way we can get better!
