Q: What is the EDGE Affiliate Program, and where do I sign up?
A: Champions' EDGE Members receive a 25% referral bonus when they recommend World Champ products or Champ Camps. You can find more information -- and sign up for the program -- by clicking on the MAKE MONEY! menu selection at the top of this page.
AUDIO LESSONS
Q: I can't get my audio lesson to play. What's happening?
A: Please check to be sure the volume is turned-up on your computer's speakers.
Q: Where do I find previous audio lessons?
A: Champions' EDGE members have access to our complete AUDIO LESSON LIBRARY containing lessons dating back to the very beginning of the EDGE program. The Audio Lesson Archives can be found by clicking on the MEMBER TOOLS button at the top of every page.
Q: Can I download the audio lessons? I want to add them to my iPod.
A: The audio lesson archives are available online only, and cannot be downloaded. However, the current lessons can be found on your monthly EDGEucational CD, and those can be transfered to your iPod for listening at your convenience.
Q: I'm not receiving my weekly audio lessons. What's happening?
A: Sometimes our emails get stuck in Spam Folders by accident. Check this first and look for emails from support@worldchampionsedge.com and cynthia@worldchampionsedge.com. If you find us in your Spam Folder, you'll need to "whitelist" us in order to ensure that we don't get stuck there again. Check your email program's Help menu for directions on how to do this. If you don't find us in your Spam folder, please submit a HELP TICKET using the menu above, and we'll help you figure out what's happening.
CONFERENCE CALLS
Q: I'm not available at the time of this month's conference call. Is there a recording I can listen to?
A: Yes! We record all of our conference calls, and the MP3 files are posted here on EDGEnet within 72 hours. Visit the "ASK-THE-CHAMPS" CONFERENCE CALL ARCHIVES page -- and you'll see a big list of all the different audio recordings available for download. Members interested in professional speaking can visit the FOR PROFESSIONAL SPEAKERS section for additional audio recordings.

Q: Do I get a special discount when buying items from the Champs?
A: Yes! All Champions' EDGE Members in good standing receive a 20% DISCOUNT on the Champs educational resources, Champ Camps, teleseminars, podcasts, etc. If you buy these items on EDGEnet (this website), your discount will be applied automatically to your purchase. No discount code needed! Visit our ONLINE STORE to browse our educational resourses. Q: I want to buy something (or sign-up for an event) that's not listed here on EDGEnet. What discount code do I use?

Q: One of my friends wants to buy an item from a Champ's website. Can I let them use my discount code?
A: No. The EDGE discount codes are for Champions' EDGE members only. We DO verify all purchases using the discounts to ensure they are being made by Champions' EDGE members.

Q: How do I get my articles published in the EDGEnet Article Library?
A: We're always interested in adding more articles to our Library -- and we encourage you to send as many as you'd like! While we prefer public speaking topics, you're welcome to contribute articles on marketing, sales, leadership, communication, etc. Please save each article in a separate Word document, and ensure that they're edited for spelling. We'd also like to include your photo, a short biography, and website link(s) at the bottom of your articles, so include these when making submissions. Articles can be sent to support@worldchampionsedge.com. All contributions to EDGEnet are subject to approval.
Q: Can I contribute something to the PROFESSIONAL SPEAKERS library?
A: Articles or other helpful tools are wonderful! Topics should specifically relate to the business of professional speaking or training, and can be submitted via email to support@worldchampionsedge.com. Please remember to spell-check each item and save each in a separate Word document. All contributions to EDGEnet are subject to approval.
Q: I tried changing my username and/or password in the Forum, and it didn't work!
A: Sorry for the inconvenience. Please send a HELP REQUEST to change your username or password, and it will be done manually by the website administrator. This is a limitation in our membership software, and we are aware of the issue.
Q: I'd like to set up my signature info, and customize my forum avatar and photo. How do I do this?
A: Very easily! Just go to the MEMBER FORUMS and select "User CP" — this is the "User Control Panel." Once the Control Panel comes up, you'll see several options on the left side of that window. Just click on whichever options you wish to edit. Be sure to "save" once you've made each update.

Q: I don't understand how to use the Member Forums. Help!
A: No problem! Just go to the MEMBER FORUMS... click on the "FAQ" link at the top... click on "Reading & Posting Messages" and review the directions there. It's very easy! (See picture below for help finding the "FAQ" link.)

EDGE-UCATIONAL CDs
Q: I haven't received this month's CD yet. What do I do?
A: The EDGEucational CDs are mailed out during the 3rd or 4th week of every month. If you're concerned about your monthly CD getting lost in the mail, or if you haven't received one in at least 3-4 weeks, please SUBMIT A HELP REQUEST. Be sure to include your current mailing address, so we can double-check to be sure we're sending your CDs to the right place. If all else fails, we'll send out another one right away!
Q: My dog ate my CD! (The post office crushed my CD!) Can I get a new one?
A: Absolutely! It's not uncommon for us to hear this every once in awhile. Just SUBMIT A HELP REQUEST to let us know which month you'd like re-sent.
MEMBERSHIP
Q: I'd like to refer a new member to the Champions' EDGE program... can I get credit?
A: Absolutely! When you refer a new member, you'll receive $5 per month for every month they pay membership fees. Just sign up for our members-only AFFILIATE PROGRAM, use the links provided, and you'll get credit!
Q: I'd like to cancel my EDGE membership. How do I do this?
A: Noooooo! We'll miss you!! :o) If you'd like to cancel your EDGE membership, please submit a HELP REQUEST to let us know that you're canceling. We may ask you to complete a short, confidental survey to provide feedback on your experience with Champions' EDGE, and how we can improve the program for current and future members. Please give us honest feedback -- that's the only way we can get better!
